TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Customer is to make upfront payment for screen replacement charge on the special offer.
  2. This offer is valid ONLY for upfront payments of the screen replacement charge at the POS (strictly cannot be done after invoice has been generated).
  3. This upfront payment is non-refundable.
  4. Screen replacement facility is available at a 50% discount, 1 year from the date of Purchase only.
  5. In order to avail the special offer, customer should turn in the defective device to Abans Apple Authorised service centre along with the relevant receipts and invoice at the following location only: GS1 Racecourse mall (Address – Apple Service Center, GS1 Race-course, Colombo 7, Service hotline 0115-776295)
  6. If the screen is defective due to a determinable point of impact with multiple cracks/single crack the device will be considered out of Apple warranty and would only be eligible for 1 time 50% discount screen replacement offer.
  7. In case there would be any other hardware issue other than the screen being damaged the 50% discount screen replacement offer will not be eligible for the display replacement. (E.g. Liquid damage, enclosure damage and other ineligible damages)
  8. Apple Service technicians will evaluate the extent of damage on the device prior to confirming the eligibility for the programme.
  9. Abans PLC will not be liable for any extensive damage caused to the device by any kind of drop damage or mishandling of the same by the customer.
  10. Abans PLC will not be responsible to replace the device to a customer at any instance. only a screen replacement at a 50% discount will be available to the customer as per the terms and conditions, subject to evaluation by an Apple Service Technician.
  11. The 50% payment should be made to the Apple Authorised Service centre prior to replacement of the screen. Payment should be made by cash or 1-swipe Credit card only.
  12. After replacement of the screen at the discounted price the customer will get a 3-month warranty on the screen (which covers manufacturing defects only not drop damage or any cracks created by physical damage).
  13. Abans PLC will not be liable to provide any further warranty extension on the device after completion of the screen replacement.
  14. The replacement of screens would take up to 14 working days depending on the availability of the spare parts.
